One-time orders
Cancelling and refunds
You can cancel your order up to one day before and get your money back. An order cannot be cancelled on the day itself.
If we cancel
For any reason, we return the full amount paid.
Plan terms
Postpone a day or pause
A delivery is postponed by a WhatsApp message before midnight the day before, and the plate is made up on a day you choose.
Renewal and payment
Before each period ends we send you a WhatsApp reminder with the next period's amount. Transfer by BenefitPay and send the receipt. Nothing is charged automatically.
Holidays and Eid
If one of your plan days falls on a closed day (a holiday or Eid), we arrange a make-up day with you on WhatsApp.
Cancellation
A plan is cancelled by a WhatsApp message, and every plate not yet due is refunded.
